About the Creator

For years, I experienced panic attacks which were life crippling, causing me to not be able to function normally on a day-to-day basis. I worked hard to understand my anxiety. More awareness. More journaling. More insight. But anxiety doesn’t live in logic. It lives in the nervous system. Now I coach women through it. As a Registered Nurse and life coach, I started seeing the same pattern again and again: When the body feels unsafe, anxiety stays loud — no matter how much insight you have.
